Overnight guests have access to the Traditions Club Clubhouse, 18-hole golf course, 3-pool complex and attached bar, and fitness facilities. The home features a turfed backyard with an outdoor TV, grill, patio seating and a dining table.

All rental guests are welcome to enjoy the 18-hole course at Traditions. Traditions members pay a cart fee only. Non-members pay $130 per person. When you book our home, ask for help securing a time to golf.
All rental guests can use the outdoor racquet facility. Options include tennis, pickleball, and padel. When you book our home, ask for help securing a time at the racquet center.
Easy! Just walk or drive to the pool or facility. When you arrive, tell the hostess that you are guests of Heisman Cottage 3A. Use of the pools is free. We encourage you to purchase lunch, dinner or cocktails on-site. The friendly wait staff will bring you cocktails in the pool! Hop out for wood-fired pizzas and lots of kid-friendly food options.
Yes — on-site parking is available. If you’re traveling with multiple vehicles, include that in your inquiry so the team can advise on the best setup for your stay.

One of the 5 bedrooms has a king size bed, pull-out couch, attached full bathroom, and ample floor space, making for a great room for families and kids.
Game day weekends require a two-night minimum stay. Stay longer if you like!
Yes. All overnight accommodations are subject to hotel occupancy tax rate. Additional fees may apply depending on your stay, and a Traditions Club representative will confirm details prior to booking.
